Private Label Who What How
Private labeling means you want a product with your name or your company's name on it instead of ours - you will still have to meet the same FDA/HPUS labeling guidelines for ingredients, dosage, etc.
If you are small you might want to sell our products until you get a market going then switch to your label as things catch on.
Private labeling can be done by anyone with a yen. It probably will take 4 to 6 weeks from the time everything is figured out to shipping.
It is simple and complex at the same time. I have had calls that got the job done in minutes and some that have taken a year or more - really!! If you know what you want, it meets standards, and you are properly registered then you're close to done - about all you need is to pay up.
Here is a list of things you need to have thought about - if you don't know the answer I probably do - so go on to the next one, when you are through call and we'll get started.
You must be listed as a private manufacturer with the FDA - costs nothing takes maybe two weeks. Go to www.FDA.GOV and look for forms - you need to fill out FDA 2656 and 2657. You do not have to have a product first, but you will need to be listed before we can ship.
All ingredients must meet Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS) requirements - The HPUS can be reviewed on their web sight www.hpus.com - go to products - it will cost $29.00 and you can get a really good start on the process.
Do you want tablets, pills (size), dilutions, ointment, etc.?
Plastic or glass bottles - clear, opaque, amber, etc.
Do you know what product are going to do and it's ingredients?
You can send a confidentiality agreement if you want one.
Its likely cheaper for you if we can use our machines for filling, labeling, etc., but you can do about any part of the process as you know how to do. You will have to have our OK on labels.
